With this privacy statement, we, System4 Technologies GmbH, would like to inform you about how we process and use your personal data as a visitor to our website (www.system4-technologies.com and www.human-regenerator.com). System4 Technologies GmbH complies with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG).

You have the possibility to enter your data in the contact forms provided by us on this website or to send us your data by email in order to enter into contact with us.

1.1.1 Scope and purpose of data processing
If your inquiry indicates that you are interested in a product or to become a partner of System4 Technologies GmbH we will process your data for the purpose of promotion and implementation of your customer or partner position in our it and management system and forward them to the respective affiliated companies and sales partners to enable optimised processing of your request. We save and process this data to answer your inquiry or to provide you with the requested information.

1.1.2 Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) (a) General Data Protection Regulation, provided that you as interested party declare through your inquiry (i.e. by implication) that you consent to the processing of the data. If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, then the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation. For further types of inquiries, Art. 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation can be the legal basis, as it is then in our interest to process the data for the purpose of processing your request.

1.1.3 Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for fulfilment of the purpose. In addition, your personal data may be stored if required under EU- or national regulations, laws or other provisions to which we are subject.

1.2 Data entered in the contact form for online applications
You have the possibility to enter your data in the contact form for online applications provided by us on this website, to upload files and to send it via email to apply online. In the course of your application, the following personal data will be collected and processed by you: – contact details (name, first name, address, telephone number, email) – application documents (covering letter, CV, certificates, etc.)

1.2.1 Scope and purpose of data processing
We will process your data exclusively earmarked for the purpose of occupation of open positions. If you are interested in job offers abroad, we will transfer your data to the relevant unit abroad. Only authorized employees have access to the applicant data.

1.2.2 Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for processing of the data is Art 6 Abs. 1 lit.b GDPR.

1.2.3 Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as the application has been processed and there is no legitimate interest in storing the application data. Therefore, in case it does not come to an employment relationship, your data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest.

1.2.4 Special case: Application of minors
Persons who have not reached the age of 18 need the consent of their legal representative.

1.3 Revocation options for contact forms
You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data for the future at any time. In such case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted in this case, unless we are obliged to store it on an ongoing basis for legal reasons (e.g. retention obligations under commercial law).

1.5 Server log data

This data will be deleted after 30 days at the latest.

We use links to other web presences of us on websites and third party-services of , e.g. on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. The data processing of such other service providers on their websites is the sole responsibility of these third parties and their data protection information applies.

In order to make our websites as user-friendly as possible and to increase the relevance of our advertising for the visitors of our websites, we and our partners use so-called \“cookies\“. Irrespective of the aforementioned exceptions when entering your data in the contact form, we will not transfer your personal data to third parties. In particular, we will not undertake any address or data trade.
